Green Kitchen Tools offers a select range of fine products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund (with receipt) or merchandise credit. Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

Notify us by email of your desire to return your purchase at Info@GreenKitchenTools.com. We will issue you a return authorization number and email you our return address. We will issue refunds for the product only. Actual shipping charges will be applied on all merchandise returned.

Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of defect/damage. All shipping damage claims must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. In the unlikely event that your item becomes defective or damaged during regular use, we will exchange the defective unit with a replacement.
